SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Still Life Living (operated by BGT CONSULTING PTY LTD). The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy for orders placed through our store at https://rccce3-rs.myshopify.com/.

1. Domestic Shipping Policy (Australia)

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Because many of our products—such as ceramic plates, glass vases, and delicate artificial florals—are fragile or require special protective packaging, additional care is taken during dispatch.
You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your package is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship nationwide across Australia using reliable local couriers (including Australia Post and regional freight partners). Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination:

Note: Deliveries to remote or regional Australia (e.g., WA, NT, or rural QLD) may require additional transit time.

2. Packaging & Handling Fragile Goods

To ensure your artificial plants, delicate vases, and ceramic tableware arrive in perfect condition:

Protection: Fragile items (ceramics, pottery, and glass) are individually bubble-wrapped and packed in heavy-duty corrugated cardboard boxes filled with protective cushioning.
Artificial Flowers & Plants: Stems and large artificial foliage may be compacted slightly for transport safety. Stems can easily be bent or uncompressed back to their full natural shape upon unpacking.

3. Bulky & Oversized Items

Large artificial trees, oversized vases, or bulk orders of ceramic sets may be classified as Bulky/Oversized Freight.

Bulky shipments may incur an additional freight charge at checkout depending on your post code.
P.O. Box or Parcel Locker addresses may not be eligible for oversized items. In such cases, a residential or business address will be required.

4. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select destinations. International rates and shipping options will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on delivery weight and location.

Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 20 business days depending on customs and local courier clearance.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Still Life Living is not responsible for any duties, tariffs, or import taxes applied by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to register with the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. We are not liable for items delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Damaged or Broken Items Upon Arrival

If your ceramic plates, vases, or plants arrive damaged during transport:

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Contact us within 48 hours at RoderickAne6713@outlook.sa.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item along with the shipping packaging and box label.

We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund for verified transit damages as per our Return & Refund Policy.
